For 38 years, I-70 Auto Service has been a recognized quality repair and maintenance facility serving Kansas City, MO, and surrounding towns.
As a Customer Service Consultant you will work side by side with Master Certified Automobile Technicians. You will greet customers, write up service orders and sell service and maintenance for automobile, light and medium duty trucks.

Major activities include:
Building Customer Relationships, writing, estimating and selling service and maintenance for automobiles, light and medium duty trucks.

Requirements:
-Personable, friendly, outgoing sales oriented professional. Experience with customer relations, sales and service. Automotive experience is a plus but isn’t required. We are willing to train the right candidate. High school diploma and college degree would be preferred but are not required.

-Must maintain a valid Driver's License.

-Demonstrates the ability to learn.

-A high level of integrity, motivation, energy and strong customer service skills are required. Must present a professional appearance. Outstanding organizational skills are a must. Must be willing to continuously attend training classes and become an ASE Certified Service Consultant.
