*Up to $35,000 $$ign-on for Chrysler Level 3 Techs
*Up to $30,000 $$ign-on for Chrysler Level 2 Techs
*Up to $15,000 $$ign-on for upper level non-Chrysler Techs

PLUS:
*$35 flat-rate for Level 3 Techs
*$30 flat-rate for level 2 Techs
*45 hour guarantee (and there is plenty of work to turn 55+ hours)
